Joshua founded Central Coast Wilds (formerly Ecological Concerns Incorporated) with a vision of restoring California's native ecosystems. As a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, he brings decades of hands-on experience in habitat restoration across the central coast.

Jon manages large-scale restoration projects from planning through long-term maintenance, ensuring successful outcomes across diverse California ecosystems including riparian, coastal prairie, and oak woodland habitats.

Ellen oversees the nursery's extensive seed collection program, curating watershed-specific native plant seeds and providing botanical consultation services for restoration and landscaping projects.

Aaron combines field botany expertise with project management skills, leading seed collection expeditions and overseeing planting operations across the Monterey and San Francisco Bay areas.
